About Shojitsu Capital

Shojitsu Capital is a Japan-based alpine land investment firm focused on long-term transformation of key resort regions. Our current focus includes the strategic assembly of rare, off-market alpine land for future village and infrastructure planning.
We approach land not as a speculative asset, but as the foundation for generational real estate transformation. Our structure-first, privately negotiated strategy gives global capital access to opportunities typically unavailable in the public market.
